My vegan cooking workshops are an exciting adventure that will invigorate your senses.
I create and enrich my workshops with the foundational principles and my comprehensive knowledge of several different disciplines that I live by – yoga (I am a senior Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher), Chinese philosophy (I am also Tui Na certified, practicing therapeutic energy massage and bodywork from the Chinese Medicine), and of course, my world of baking – vegan, whole and nutritious.
The combination of these experiences creates a colorful, exciting and thrilling adventure. My nutritional agenda and overall life motto are inspired by a beautiful saying from Chinese Medicine…

All of my workshops are vegan, healthy, colorful and full of creative ideas & recipes that are easy to incorporate into daily life.
