The Orange House
The Orange House. A charming chalet in the eco village Klil, one of three beautiful guest houses. A private path with tall Tuscan Cypresses will lead you to a secluded, pastoral estate. It’s an island of tranquility and beauty. The Orange House is completely private, set in nature. You enter the house through a beautiful veranda surrounded by flowers, herb plants, and flowering trees, which provide lots of shade. You are embraced by the Galilee hills and through the branches of the old trees you can glimpse the sea and feel the breeze coming from the sea. A small wading pool shaded by old Olive Trees will cool you on warmer days.
The Orange House is suitable for a couple or a couple with a child. It has one space with a small mezzanine gallery. In the sleeping area there is a Queen size bed and a single bed in the gallery for a child. The living area has huge windows and a stunning view to the nature outside, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is a bathroom with a shower.
Kill is a solar powered village. There are ceiling fans in each area, but no air conditioning. Hence the house is not suitable for Shabbat keepers. There is lots of shade, and the huge windows bring in the breeze. You can also always take a dip in the wading pool. In winter there is a beautiful fireplace for heating. We provide you with ample wood. It’s magical to sit on a rainy day in front of the fireplace and watch the logs burning. We have Wi-Fi.
