פרק הזמן הראשון, כ 20-30 דקות הוא מונחה ונועד לחבר אותנו עם הגוף והריקוד. ולאחד את הווייב של כולנו.
אחר כך נכנס אל תוך הגל ונתן לו לסחוף אותנו ולהשטף חזרה אל החוף.
בבקשה! אל תגיעו באמצע הסשן המונחה פשוט כי זה קוטע את הרצף האנרגטי. הגיעו קצת לפני הזמן או אחרי ההנחייה.

כדי לאפשר את המסע בשלמותו אנחנו שומרים על כמה כללים אוניברסליים פשוטים-
רחבת הריקודים בתוך ומחוץ לאולם, נשארת ללא דיבורים.
ללא אוכל ושתיה מלבד מים וללא עישון.
הסשן הוא שלם ואנחנו מזמינים להתחיל בהתחלה
ולהשאר במרחב עד הסוף. בתנועה או במנוחה.

Seems like we haven't met for a long time/ i am missing our dreamtime dance floor.

We gather in Assaf's hall with a strong desire to start on time.
The begining of the session, about 20-30 minutes, is guided and designed to connect us with our body and the movement. And unite the vibe of us all.
Please arrive in time for the begining/ if you do choose to be late, do come after the guided session, simply because the energetic flow is distracted otherwise.

The ecstatic is a dream time that moves like a wave from the quiet to the turbulent and back to the last calm and collection.
To enable the perfect journey we keep a few simple rules-
